Integrating sound with Yoga movement and Tai Chi is adding energy to your inner space, creating focus and supporting natural breath, movement and stillness while addressing mental and physical challenges through the vibration that gently guides the movement.  

All sounds are created live during a Yoga session or Tai Chi session. Dedicated sound and vibration that connects to chakra points and enhances movement, flow, stillness and internal balance.
