A group sound journey is a great way to become familiar with the effects sound can have on your body. Although you are receiving the sounds with others, any sound journey is always a personal experience that will have a different effect on each individual, depending on your personal state.

Combined with a set intention, the sound of crystal bowls, voice and a variety of instruments will guide you into a deeply relaxing and subtle but powerful meditative journey, transcending time and space and allowing your body to relax, release, restore and feel rejuvenated.

​Each session ends with a short review for participants to share their experience.                      

​All you need to do is lie down, relax and receive.
